Start with a scope check

Request a paperwork assistance appointment

Use email or telephone to share the service, state, preferred language, and a short non-sensitive description. An inquiry is not an automatic booking or approval of scope.

Before you contact us

Use this screening statement

I can translate official published instructions, type the information you provide, format documents, and organize your application. I cannot determine eligibility, select your application category, advise you how to answer legal questions, represent you, or guarantee approval.

Request legal or category advice from a qualified attorney or other authorized professional instead of entering the normal clerical workflow.

Safe first message

Include only

  • Your name
  • Your state of residence and state during the appointment
  • Preferred language
  • Requested service
  • Whether you already selected the application and category
  • A short non-sensitive description of the clerical or technical task

Manual appointment route

Request availability from a real person

Email or call. Do not attach documents or include passport numbers, application numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, refusal details, arrest details, or other sensitive history.

A request begins manual screening. It does not confirm availability, scope, payment, or an appointment.

Nationwide paper-form service

U.S. passport paper-form clerical support is described as available nationwide, subject to scope fit.

Manual state check

Indian passport, OCI, and India visa services require a state and case-scope check before payment.

Not available

DS-160 and USCIS petition, status, waiver, affidavit, RFE, appeal, or representation work are not offered.

Appointment-request questions

Is this an instant booking page?

No. The email or telephone route starts a manual scope and availability check. An appointment is confirmed only in writing.

What information should I include in the first message?

Include your name, state, preferred language, requested service, whether you already selected the application/category, and a short non-sensitive task description.

What should I leave out?

Do not send documents, passport numbers, application numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, passwords, refusal details, arrest details, or other sensitive history.

Can I request help choosing an answer or category?

No. Requests for category selection, eligibility decisions, or legal judgment are outside scope and may require referral.

When will payment be requested?

Only after the service, availability, scope, exclusions, fee, and applicable terms are confirmed in writing.
