Clear expectations before payment

Website and service terms

These terms describe the public website and the service boundaries. Each accepted appointment also requires a written scope, fee, and applicable appointment terms before payment.

1. Independent private service

India Desk on Demand is an independent document-assistance service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, select application categories or answers, or represent customers before government agencies. We are not affiliated with the Government of India, the Consulate General of India, USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, Passport Seva, or VFS Global. Customers provide and approve all information and remain responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting their applications. Government, courier, notary, photography, and other third-party fees are separate. Approval, appointments, and processing times are controlled solely by the relevant agencies.

2. Website information

The website provides general descriptions of available administrative and technical services. Government forms, fees, portals, processors, and instructions may change. Customers must verify current official instructions before relying on a checklist or completing a submission.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer selects the service and category, supplies accurate facts, approves every answer, controls accounts, reviews all work, signs where required, pays government and third-party fees, and makes the final submission.

4. Written scope before payment

No service should begin until the selected service, state availability, included work, exclusions, service fee, payment timing, revision or follow-up limits, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing.

5. Additional work

Work outside the approved scope requires a new written description and customer approval. The $35 additional document or revision session is available only to existing customers after scope confirmation.

6. No outcome guarantee

India Desk on Demand does not guarantee government acceptance, approval, appointments, processing time, entry, or a response from a letter recipient.

7. Sensitive information

For your security, do not email or message passport, immigration, citizenship, or identity documents. Secure upload instructions are provided only after your appointment scope is approved.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site text, branding, and original design may not be copied in a misleading way or used to imply government affiliation. Do not use the service for false statements, impersonation, threats, fraud, or unlawful activity.

9. Contact

Questions may be sent to [email protected] or (917) 304-9878. Do not send identity documents.
